Vision

We exist to see Christ glorified among Farsi speakers, by coming alongside them on their journey to‬ know Christ, disciple, and equip them to take the gospel wherever God leads them, in their local‬ contexts as well as back home.‬ ‭

Mission

Our mission is to see Christ glorified among Farsi-speakers and others, by cultivating a spirit of hospitality, engaging in outreach, guiding believers toward maturity, and empowering them to serve with purpose.

Statement of Faith

Welcome to our Statement of Faith. This page outlines the core beliefs that guide our mission and community. Rooted in timeless truths, these principles shape our values and inspire our actions. Explore below to learn more about what we stand for.

1

God

There is one living and true God, eternally existing in three persons, the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, equal in power and glory. This triune God in sovereignty and grace has created all, and by His providence upholds and governs all.

2

God the Father

God the Father is an infinite personal being, perfect in holiness, wisdom, power, and love, who concerns Himself mercifully in the affairs of His people. He hears and answers prayer, and He saves from sin and death all who come to Him through Jesus Christ.

3

God the Son

Jesus Christ is God’s one and only Son, fully God and fully human. He was conceived of the Holy Spirit, born of a virgin and lived a sinless life. He performed miracles and taught with authority. His death on the cross was a substitutionary atoning sacrifice for our sin. He was bodily resurrected from the dead, ascended into heaven, and constantly intercedes for His people. He will return to earth personally and visibly, with power and glory, to judge the living and the dead.

4

God the Holy Spirit

God the Holy Spirit convicts the world of sin, righteousness and judgement. He regenerates, sanctifies and empowers for ministry all who repent of their sin and confess Jesus Christ as Lord. The Holy Spirit indwells every believer and He helps, teaches, illuminates, guides, and intercedes on behalf of the believer. He gives to each believer spiritual gifts.

5

The Bible

God, by His grace, has chosen to reveal Himself in the Bible, which consists of the Old and New Testaments alone. The Bible, as originally given through human authors, is the inspired Word of God without error. It is reliable, sufficient and entirely trustworthy and, as such, forms our supreme authority in all matters of Christian faith and conduct.

6

Humankind

All people are sinners by nature and choice, and are therefore guilty and subject to God’s wrath and condemnation.

7

Salvation

The salvation of sinners is solely by the sovereignty and grace of God and cannot be earned or deserved. God forgives sinners whom He calls, granting them repentance and faith. All who believe in Christ are justified by faith alone, and have eternal life. Salvation has been accomplished through the sacrifice of Jesus Christ which is the only and all-sufficient ground for our redemption from the guilt and power of sin and from its eternal consequences.

8

The Church

We believe in the priesthood of all believers, who form the Universal Church, the body of which Jesus Christ is the Head, and which is committed by His command to the proclamation of the Gospel throughout the world. We affirm that men and women are fully equal in ministry, leadership, and pastoral responsibilities, serving according to their God-given gifts and calling.

9

Baptism and Communion

The Lord Jesus Christ committed two ordinances to the church: baptism and communion. We believe in baptism of believers and communion open to all believers. Salvation comes through faith in Christ alone, and baptism serves as a public testimony and a step of obedience, not a prerequisite for justification. Baptism is an outward sign of an inward grace, marking the beginning of a life of faith and discipleship. It does not itself confer salvation but is a means through which God’s grace is received and publicly affirmed.

10

Marriage

We believe that marriage is a sacred covenant, instituted by God, between one man and one woman into which some are called to a lifelong commitment to one another. Marriage is expected to reflect Christian virtues, with both spouses called to love, respect, and submit to one another in a spirit of humility and service.
